Refund Policy
Cancellation of Order by Truwell
Truwell (www.truwell.in) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or any other valid reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, and the customer will be informed accordingly.
If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to an error by the customer (such as incorrect or incomplete name, address, contact details, or recipient unavailability), any additional cost incurred by TruWell for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
Replacement / Refund Policy by TruWell
We take strict quality measures to ensure that all products delivered are in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, issues may arise such as:

Incorrect product delivered
In only the above cases, TruWell will provide a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, provided the request is raised within 5 days of receiving the product.
No returns or replacements will be accepted once the order is processed, except for the reasons stated above.
To request a replacement or refund, please email us at support@truwell.in with your Order Number and the reason for replacement/refund.
TruWell shall not be responsible for any product sent for return or replacement without prior confirmation.
There will be no replacement or refund under any other circumstances.

If the replacement product is unavailable, suitable alternatives may be offered. The final choice will always rest with the customer.

If payment has been made and the product is unavailable or not shipped, 100% refund will be issued.

The product must be used continuously for 3 months as prescribed, without any break. Order dates will be verified to confirm eligibility. Following the diet plan suggested by TruWell dieticians is mandatory.

A refund request must be submitted any time before 3 months from the date of first delivery, along with the order number, by emailing support@truwell.in.
Money Back Guarantee Not Applicable If:

The treatment has not been used consistently (order history and dates will be verified).

Any severe or underlying health condition is diagnosed during the treatment period that may affect the efficacy of the product.
