Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹399 within India.
Prepaid Orders Under ₹399: For prepaid orders below ₹399, there will be a shipping fee of ₹40. Orders of ₹399 or more will be shipped for free.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for all orders. For orders under ₹399, a COD fee of ₹80 will apply. Orders of ₹399 or more will have free COD.
Cart Value: Shipping and COD fees are calculated based on the total cart value after applying any discounts or coupons.
Dispatch Time: We will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days from the dispatch date.
Orders on Sundays or Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be sent out on the next working day. There might be delays during festivals or lockdowns.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to rural areas may take additional time.
International Shipping:
Currently Unavailable: We are not accepting international orders at the moment. If you're outside India, please email us at truwellcare@gmail.com with your request, and we will get back to you.
Order Cancellation:
Cancellation by You: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Truwell (Truwell.in) will decide if an order can be cancelled. You agree to accept our cancellation decision.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error or any other issue, even if the order has been confirmed or paid for. You will receive a full refund, and we will notify you.
Mistakes by You: If there is a problem with delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information (like a wrong address or unavailable recipient), you will be charged for any extra costs related to redelivery.
Coupon Terms & Conditions:
Validity: Coupons are only valid for a limited time. We may change or cancel coupons at any time.
Application: Coupons must be used on qualifying items to be valid.
Use: Coupons are only valid on www.truwell.in for products sold and shipped by us. They do not apply to third-party sellers or other websites.
Limit: Only one coupon can be used per customer.
Returns: If you return items bought with a coupon, the discount from the coupon will be deducted from your return credit.
Shipping Charges: Regular shipping and handling charges apply as per our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Offer Availability: Offers are valid while supplies last.
Legal Restrictions: Coupons are void where prohibited by law.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to using a coupon. We are not responsible for tax payments related to coupon use.
